Kindergartners and their parents/guardians are invited to attend the Brockport Transportation Department school bus safety event. The Transportation Department takes your child’s safety very seriously, and we have created this bus safety program specifically designed for Kindergartners.  This gives you and your child the advantages of learning the bus riding rules and safety as well as the opportunity to meet transportation staff prior to the first day that she/he rides the bus to school.

We ask that you please make arrangements for your other children as the building will be crowded and very busy. Parents and guardians only.

There is no sign up this year. It will be first come, first serve but only 10 students per group. There is plenty of time to accommodate everyone, so please be patient as we keep it a safe learning experience for everyone.

COVID-19 HEALTH GUIDELINES:  Masks are not required, but please feel free to wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable.

   The event will last approximately 1 hour per group.

Our goal is to welcome 2022-2023 Kindergarten students to the school bus experience. Please dress for the weather, it will be rain or shine. Water will be provided.
